and enticing specials. We are located in Little Rock, Arkansas. We now bring
that personal service directly to you on the web. We offer secure shopping and
a secure server for your purchases. If you have any questions or would rather

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE WITH FIFTH SEASON?:

you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a
secure server. For verification, please access our seal on the lower left side
of the page. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected
against unauthorized access. We will not sell, share, trade, or give away any
personal information that we receive regarding our customers. We are committed
to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to
process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience. Your
information is not stored in our server. We may collect your email address only
to send you updates from Fifth Season, Inc., but we will not share this

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 5 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to assist you. No returns will be accepted without prior notice given to Fifth Season, Inc. Returns sent to us without approval will be charged a restocking fee of 30%. Returns with approval will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Returns may be requested up to 5 days after the item is received. To request a return, please contact us for a RMA number. We will send a RMA number to you after your request is received. If you have not received a RMA number within 48 business hours, we have not received your email. Please contact us at 877-440-0543 or locally at 501-225-0544 during business hours. Our business hours are 9:30am-5pm Monday-Saturday. All returns are shipped at the buyer’s expense. After receiving a RMA, please ship your package to the address provided on your invoice with the RMA number written on the exterior of the box. Once a special order is placed, it may not be cancelled. Special orders are arranged by us to ship directly to customers or shipped directly to us for shipping to customers specifically for your order. Therefore, it is not possible for us to reverse this process once a special order is placed.
