Shipping & Terms


FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $99 will ship free via UPS ground or USPS. Please note: all orders under $99 will ship at a flat rate of $15.  Orders over $99 will reflect free shipping in the shopping cart.   Orders shipped to HI, AK or outside the 48 lower states will incur extra charges. Free shipping only extends to standard ground UPS shipping. If you would like to chose a faster shipping service, please note this in the comments box, and chose UPS overnight, UPS 2nd day or UPS 3 day. When advising us to ship by a method alternative to standard UPS shipping, additional charges will be added to your invoice. Please note: shipments may not be processed in the same day. Please contact us for a total if you prefer.

SALES TAX: No sales tax will be charged on orders shipped outside of Arkansas.

WHO WE ARE: Fifth Season has been a home to fine gifts since 1972. For almost 40 years we have provided excellent service to the mid-South region, offering exclusive lines and enticing specials. We now bring that personal service directly to you on the web. We offer secure shopping and a secure server for your purchases. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT: Visa & Mastercard accepted in our online e-shop. We do not accept AmEx or Discover. If you wish to pay with AMEX, call us at 877-440-0543 to place your order over the phone. We do not store or sell credit card or private information.

SHIPPING: FOB Little Rock, Arkansas. Shipping is via UPS. For alternative methods, please contact us. Alternative shipping methods will most likely cause an increase in the shipping rate calculated in our secure order server and your shopping bag. Discounts or credits will be applied when orders ships. Orders over $99 ship free. At this time we only ship orders within the United States. Orders shipped to HI and AK will incur additional fees for shipping not posted in the shopping cart. Free shipping offers are only available in the continental United States.

BACK ORDERS: If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email of the ship date for your order. If you wish to cancel a backorder, please notify us immediately.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Once a special order is placed, it may not be cancelled. Special orders are arranged by us to ship directly to customers or shipped directly to us for shipping to customers specifically for your order. Therefore, it is not possible for us to reverse this process once a special order is placed.

RETURNS: Customers must contact Fifth Season to initiate a return. Returns sent to us without prior approval will be charged a restocking fee of 30%. Returns with prior approval will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Returns will also be charged the initial shipping cost of the item was shipped free. Returns may be requested up to 5 days after the item is received. To request a return, please contact us for a RMA number. If you have not received a RMA number within 48 business hours, we have not received your email. Please contact us at 877-440-0543 or locally at 501-225-0544 during business hours. Our business hours are 9:30am-5pm Monday-Saturday. All returns are shipped at the buyer’s expense. After receiving a RMA, please ship your package to the address provided on your invoice with the RMA number written on the exterior of the box.  Returns must be received within 6 business days from the date the RMA number is issued. Returns received after 6 business days will either be returned to the sender and not credited or charged a 50% restocking fee plus initial shipping cost if the item was shipped free. We are not responsible for returns that are not received by us without tracking numbers, or damage incurred due to breakage in transit. For protection it is recommended that the customer purchase insurance and/or tracking confirmation.

EMAIL NOTIFICATION: All correspondence is sent via email to customers. It is also viewable when logged into the customer’s account on the Fifth Season website. Customers who do not receive an email notification are responsible for viewing these notices when logged into their account online.

DAMAGED ITEMS: Please contact us immediately by email or phone at 877-440-0543 if you receive a damaged package or item. Please include your order number or invoice number in your email or have it ready when you call.

CLAIMS: Contact us immediately if you have any damage. We will contact UPS regarding a claim. Please notify us regarding any type of damage within 48 hours. It is the responsibility of the buyer to keep all packaging and damaged items until further notice by Fifth Season, Inc.

MEASUREMENTS/VARIATIONS: Measurements and capacities stated in catalog are approximate. Product lines that are hand-designed will have variations in color and design.

PRIVACY: We do not share your information with anyone. All names, addresses and financial information are kept private.
